We are seeking an experienced Events and Retail Assistant able to multitask in a high paced environment.
The ideal Events and Retail Assistant is a strong, organized communicator with excellent computer skills, detail oriented, able to oversee schedules, and adept at effectively managing timelines and checklists.
The ideal candidate should have a strong event and / or retail background.
Events Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Must be willing to work on all major fundraising events, dates and weeks leading up to each event.
Must be flexible and willing to work evenings or weekend days when needed, to lead Event Volunteer orientation.
Assist with all aspects of planning and producing three major fundraising initiatives each year.
Manage fundraising events calendar and timelines.
Communicate details of all events with team Assist and work to deliver on event objectives and fundraising goals.
Responsible for executing sponsor activations and deliverables.
Identify solutions to amplify visibility and promote growth in the community through fundraising events.
Collaborate with Community Events Coordinator on large community events.

Maintain Shopify Account on BDRR website.
Assist with inventory control on retail merchandise.
Daily stock check on supplies of inventory in retail store Must work some Saturdays to increase retail sales by assisting guests with purchases and check out.
Other duties as assigned.
Reports to Director, Major Fundraising Events Computer proficiency in Excel and Word Job Type:
