Big Dog Ranch Rescue (BDRR) is a one-of-a-kind dog rescue facility located in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida.
BDRR also has a location in Shorter Alabama.
BDRR is looking for a hands-on-accounting clerk/bookkeeper.
Must be computer proficient.
This position requires the use of excel and quickbooks.
The Big Dog Ranch is a fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
Payroll preparation (ADP) collaborating with staffing coordinator Accounts Payable Processing Various Data-entry Credit Card expense tracking Quickbooks Experience Daily Deposits Must be Dog Friendly Job cost tracking Filing and organizing invoices Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Willing and able to learn various computer programs) Data Entry Skills and the use of 10-Key preferred Wages vary with experience Physical Demands and work environment:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
