To properly meet and greet customers in a professional manner and provide support functions for the sales staff.
To be very service oriented and strive to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Able to apply principals of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures or processes; Aids the team effort in every way possible & acts in the best interest of the company; Flexibility with schedule for customers and/or company needs; Open Model Center daily.
Turn on all lights, music, tvs; Maintain overall inside appearance, (fluff pillows, straighten bedding, pick up trash, temperature of model, smell, etc.
) Maintain overall exterior appearance, (front doors clean of handprints, no bugs or cobwebs, pick up trash, etc.
); Maintain overall appearance of model row to include landscape, streets, common areas and marketing items, such as community flags and signs; Communicates with marketing regarding maintenance and/or replacement of signs & flags in addition to updates on website, etc.
; Meet and greet customers; Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the telephone and in email with customers, staff and vendors; Be able to communicate with vendors to schedule maintenance and repairs to models; Complete Maintenance Sheet and email weekly to Director of Sales and Office Manager; Provide scripted answers to commonly asked questions; (does not include pricing, options, lot locations) Provide Model Court Plan marketing piece to visitors; Encourage guests to pop back into sales center for more details Keep Director of Sales informed with daily model activities; Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
