- Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities - Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks - Support individuals in maintaining a clean and organized living environment - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times - Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus - Familiarity with resident rights and social work principles is beneficial - Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note:
