Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Director, the Lead IP physical therapist is responsible for coordinating daily procedural and clinical operations of physical therapy services. This includes but is not limited to scheduling and staffing, patient care assignments, and assisting the Director in clinical supervision and annual review of staff. The IP Lead Physical Therapist will consistently utilize appropriate communication channels and methods and initiate constructive approaches to problem identification and solution. Supervises and instructs Licensed Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Techs, and Ortho techs in regards to the provision of inpatient physical therapy services and associated department operations. Participates in planning and implementing new services, staff development, and marketing efforts. Performs all job duties and tasks in accordance with national and state professional governing guidelines and state practice act, rules, and code of ethics. In the Rehabilitation Director's absence, the Lead IP PT may assume administrative duties of department.

  • Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

  • Physical Therapy Florida License

  • Minimum 2 Years Acute Care Rehab Experience Required

  • 2 Years Supervisory experience strongly Preferred

  • Strong Leadership, Organizational, Communication, and Customer Service Skills Required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
